Project Scope and Timeline:

• Zoe Powell's Digital Hub will create a comprehensive design proposal tailored to the Client's needs.

• The Client will have access to a Trello board as their client portal to provide necessary documents and information.

• Work will commence upon receipt of the first payment.

• Projects are expected to take between 4-12 weeks to complete, with reasonable efforts made to meet agreed timelines. Please note that meeting these deadlines depends on the Client providing required materials and feedback in a timely manner.

• If the Client does not provide the necessary information, Zoe Powell's Digital Hub will use stock images and basic copywriting for Studio packages. For the 1, 2, or 3 Editor page packages, any incomplete areas will be left blank unless optional extras are purchased.

• Wix subscription and domain name purchases are not included in the project price.

 

Payment Terms and Late Payment Policy:

• Payment plans are available, including options for partial payments.

• Payments shall be made in British Pound Sterling (GBP £).

• Late payments will incur a late fee.

• Zoe Powell's Digital Hub reserves the right to suspend work on the project until outstanding payments are received.

Revisions and Modifications:

• The Client is entitled to 2 revisions during the initial design phase for Studio packages, or 1 for Editor packages, unless additional revisions are purchased.

• Further revisions or modifications may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property:

• Upon completion of the project, ownership of the final design will be transferred to the Client.

• Zoe Powell's Digital Hub retains the right to advertise and share the website design during and after completion.

 

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the project.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation within 14 days of signing is eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.

 

No Contact Clause:

• In case of prolonged lack of communication, work on the project will be temporarily suspended.

 

Termination:

• Either party may terminate this contract by providing written notice to the other party.

 

Limitation of Liability:

• Zoe Powell's Digital Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website.

 

Governing Law:

• This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• The Client is responsible for compliance with Wix's terms and conditions.
