These selections will apply for the entire 3-month period. First payment is required on completion of this form, the second and third will be automatically invoiced.
Send Payment: Complete the payment for the full package amount. Please note that payment must be received before services can begin.

Once you’ve submitted your form and payment, you will receive a follow-up questionnaire. This will help me gather more details to tailor the services to your specific needs.

Select the additional items you want for each month. For instance, if you want 9 posts per month, select 3 'Feed Posts' each month. These choices will apply consistently for all 3 months.

When would you like your content to start? Please note that the start date must be at least 14 days from today. If the start date is within 14 days, a late setup fee of £50 will apply.

Terms and Conditions

Agreement: By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Your submission signifies your acceptance of these terms.
Core Package: The 'Core Package' must be selected to proceed. Additional items chosen will apply for each month and will remain the same throughout the 3-month period.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your package. The total amount is due before the start of the services. Services will not commence until payment has been received.
Service Duration: The selected services will be provided for a duration of 3 months from the date of payment. Services will be delivered consistently each month as per your selections.
Content Provision: You are responsible for providing all necessary images, videos, and content required for social media management. Failure to provide the required content may result in delays in adding posts to your social media. Such delays will not be considered the fault of Zoe Powell's Digital Hub.
Cancellation and Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel after payment has been made, no refunds will be provided for services already delivered.
Changes to Selections: Any changes to your monthly selections must be made at least 14 days before the start of the new month. Adjustments can be made by contacting me directly.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the form is accurate and complete. I am not liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
Intellectual Property: All content created as part of the services remains the property of Zoe Powell's Digital Hub until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, you will have ownership of the content created.
Data Protection: Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of delivering the services outlined in this form and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
