Terms and Conditions for Project Sign-Off
By signing this document, you confirm that the project has been completed to your satisfaction and in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in the initial agreement. This sign-off indicates that you have reviewed the deliverables thoroughly and approve the final version of the project as it stands. Any errors or missed items directly attributable to the scope of work (e.g., details provided during the project brief) must be reported within 14 days of this sign-off. These issues will be corrected at no additional cost.
Please note that any additional changes, revisions, or updates requested outside of the original agreed-upon scope will be considered new work and may incur charges at the standard hourly rate of £40/hour, unless otherwise specified. This includes changes arising from delays in providing required content or materials after the project’s completion.
It is your responsibility to review and test all aspects of the project thoroughly, including functionality, content, and design, to ensure everything meets your expectations. Upon signing, all further changes or enhancements will be considered a continuation of services and invoiced accordingly.
If you are on a support or maintenance plan, any future updates or assistance will be handled under the terms of that agreement. For additional questions or assistance, please reach out directly via my contact information provided.
