Monthly Support

Terms and Conditions

At Zoe Powell's Digital Hub, I’m committed to providing reliable, flexible support for small business owners through my Monthly Support Plan. To ensure everything runs smoothly, I’ve outlined the terms and conditions below, covering what’s included, payment details, and how the plan works.

Service Overview

The Monthly Support Plan offers up to 3 hours of support per month. This can include tasks such as:

  • Small website updates

  • Troubleshooting and resolving website issues

  • Email marketing assistance

  • Canva graphic design support

  • SEO updates and optimisations

  • Social media assistance

  • Other Wix-related services


This plan is designed to provide ongoing, flexible support for small business owners. Any work requested beyond the 3-hour limit will incur additional charges at £40 per hour.


Plan Duration & Start Date

  • The plan requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.

  • It starts on the 1st of the next upcoming month after sign-up.

  • The plan continues on a rolling monthly basis after the initial 3-month period unless cancelled with notice (see below).


Payment Terms

  • The Monthly Support Plan is charged at £100 per month, payable in advance.

  • Payment is due 10 days before the 1st of the month to secure services for the upcoming month.

  • Late payments may result in delayed or cancelled services for that month.

  • This fee is non-refundable, including for unused hours or cancellations.


Task Submission & Work Completion

  • All client tasks for the month must be submitted by the 10th of each month.

  • Tasks received after this date cannot be guaranteed for completion within that billing period.


Cancellation & Termination

  • The plan requires a minimum 3-month commitment and cannot be cancelled within this period.

  • After the initial term, the plan will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

  • To cancel, 15 days' written notice is required before the next billing cycle.

  • Unused hours do not roll over and are forfeited upon cancellation.


Additional Services

  • If the 3-hour limit is reached, additional work will be charged at £40 per hour.

  • Services beyond the standard plan scope (e.g., major redesigns) will be quoted separately.


Liability and Limitations

Zoe Powell's Digital Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or services. The success of the website may depend on factors beyond our control, including client-provided content or third-party tools.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
